Depending on the speed of your modem these files may take quite a while to download. If you are on broadband you should have no trouble. However if you operate a 56kb modem one talk could take as much as 40 minutes.

Description of how to download these Audio files to your computer
Click on the name of the Dhamma talks which you would like to download. After a few moments a new page will open with the title of the talk and a streaming player. Below the player you will see a grey arrow and the number of times the talk has been downloaded. If you wish to download the talk click on that arrow and your browser will prompt you in a pop-up window, asking where to save the file. Choose the location on your computer and press OK and the Download begins.

If this doesn't happen try to right-click with your mouse on the download arrow of your chosen Dhamma talk and a menu will appear. Depending on your browser one of the options should read - "Save Link As..." (Firefox) & "Save target As.." (Internet Explorer). Click on this, then in the next window press "Save" and the actual Download starts.

Description of how to play MP3 files on your computer
After successfully downloading your chosen MP3 Dhamma talks double click on the name of the talk and Windows Media Player (or equivalent) should pop up and start playing the talk. If this fails you will need to obtain a program for playing MP3 files. We recommend WinAmp, which is a free and convenient program. Available here
